Internships at Comm-Tech
“I worked for Comm-Tech for almost two months, following the completion of a college IT apprenticeship, before obtaining full-time employment as a school IT technician. It is very difficult for young people to get relevant work experience in IT so I was very grateful to Comm-Tech for allowing me to put into practice, mistakes and all, what I had learnt at college. They were a great bunch to work with, and I have happy memories of my time at Comm-Tech. For one thing it gave me more exposure to the world of Linux and open source software, stuff that you rarely learn about on courses as most are Microsoft-based.
